Kevin Parlier has a diverse career spanning over 40 years, with leadership roles in operations and business development across multiple industries. He has recently held roles such as Director of Operations at both InfraServices and QualTek, and Vice President of Operations at QualTek and Vertical Limit.

His earlier career includes significant experience in the telecommunications construction sector, as well as technical roles in aircraft maintenance with companies like Lockheed Martin and Northwest Airlines.

Kevin is highly dedicated to fostering strong relationships and developing cohesive teams. With a career rooted in leadership roles, he thrives on creating a collaborative environment that drives success.

Vice President of Sales
(East Region)

After attending Montclair State University, Kevin Hansberry began his career climbing towers and worked his way up from foreman to operations manager.

After transitioning out of the field, he advanced to director of construction. After several years of leading markets, Kevin became vice president of operations for the East Coast.

Now, with over 25 years in the wireless industry, he has taken on the role of vice president of sales for the East region. Leveraging his strong relationships and operational expertise, he looks forward to expanding the company's footprint and exploring new revenue opportunities in this role.

Senior Vice President of Business Operations

Aimee Wootton is a proven leader with 25+ years of experience driving operational excellence and team success. Since joining the telecom industry in 2013, she has risen through the ranks and now serves as Senior Vice President of Business Operations. In this role, she is responsible for developing innovative solutions that improve efficiency, boost performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Aimee is passionate about collaboration, ensuring seamless communication to align teams with strategic goals and deliver measurable results. With expertise in program management and process optimization, she has transformed workflows, improved cash flow and reduced past-due tasks. Her focus on standardizing processes and fostering strong team cohesion leads to continuous growth, profitability, and business success.

Vice President of Safety & Training

Mike Workman has over 21 years of extensive experience in the wireless industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Safety and Training, he has a distinguished career marked by progressive leadership roles, from an at-heights technician to executive positions.

With a strong background in project and personnel management, process development, and implementation, Mike is dedicated to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

A ten-year veteran of the U.S. Army, Mike served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he operated in demanding, high-pressure environments that strengthened his leadership and decision-making abilities. His industry certifications, including Six Sigma, reflect his dedication to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

As a member of the National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) Board of Governors, Mike helps shape industry safety standards and certification programs, strengthening workforce competency and compliance.

Vice President of Operations

Dale Stubblefield started his career in the Wireless industry in 2001, initially serving as a Land Use Planner responsible for processing entitlement permits throughout the Western region.

Since the inception of InfraServices, Dale has consistently maintained a market leadership position, which he has held since 2016.

He has cultivated strong customer relationships through the establishment of trust and ensuring that his team adheres to their customer commitments.

Dale has a Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic University Pomona.

Vice President of Operations
(Northern California)

Chris Lohmann is a seasoned Vice President of Operations with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Beginning his career with Ericsson in 1999, he has since led large-scale operations, driving efficiency and growth across the wireless sector.

He currently oversees InfraServices' Northern California market, managing multimillion-dollar programs for AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.

With expertise in P&L management, operational strategy, and business development, Chris optimizes performance while fostering key industry relationships.

A United States Navy veteran, he brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to leadership, ensuring quality execution and diligence.
