Kevin Parlier has a diverse career spanning over 40 years, with leadership roles in operations and business development across multiple industries. He has recently held roles such as Director of Operations at both InfraServices and QualTek, and Vice President of Operations at QualTek and Vertical Limit.

His earlier career includes significant experience in the telecommunications construction sector, as well as technical roles in aircraft maintenance with companies like Lockheed Martin and Northwest Airlines.

Kevin is highly dedicated to fostering strong relationships and developing cohesive teams. With a career rooted in leadership roles, he thrives on creating a collaborative environment that drives success.

Director of Mission Critical and Data Center Services

Clinton Bagley serves as Director of Mission Critical and Data Center Services at InfraServices, where he drives strategic growth in the rapidly expanding data center market. With more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and infrastructure, he specializes in business development, customer relationships, and delivering complex mission-critical projects.

Since joining InfraServices in 2019, Clinton has expanded services for customers nationwide, leveraging expertise in data centers, telecommunications, structured cabling, electrical infrastructure, equipment commissioning, and RF compliance. Known for building trusted partnerships and identifying new market opportunities, he works closely with customers and operational teams to deliver safe, high-quality solutions that meet demanding project requirements. Clinton holds a bachelor's degree from Salisbury University.

Vice President of Safety & Training

Mike Workman has over 21 years of extensive experience in the wireless industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Safety and Training, he has a distinguished career marked by progressive leadership roles, from an at-heights technician to executive positions.

With a strong background in project and personnel management, process development, and implementation, Mike is dedicated to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

A ten-year veteran of the U.S. Army, Mike served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he operated in demanding, high-pressure environments that strengthened his leadership and decision-making abilities. His industry certifications, including Six Sigma, reflect his dedication to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

As a member of the National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) Board of Governors, Mike helps shape industry safety standards and certification programs, strengthening workforce competency and compliance.

Vice President of Operations

Dale Stubblefield started his career in the Wireless industry in 2001, initially serving as a Land Use Planner responsible for processing entitlement permits throughout the Western region.

Since the inception of InfraServices, Dale has consistently maintained a market leadership position, which he has held since 2016.

He has cultivated strong customer relationships through the establishment of trust and ensuring that his team adheres to their customer commitments.

Dale has a Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic University Pomona.

Vice President of Operations

Joe Sabin is a proven operations executive with a unique blend of private-sector expertise and distinguished military service. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, including key roles at Vertical Limit and InfraServices, Joe has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, organizational discipline, and continuous improvement.

In parallel with his corporate career, Joe served 22 years in the United States Air Force, where he advanced through the enlisted ranks and achieved the service’s highest enlisted rank, Chief Master Sergeant, in January 2024. His leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership, empowering high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and execution.

Joe is recognized for his ability to lead complex operations, develop strong leaders, and deliver results for both employees and customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Project Management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

Rob Gagnon is a seasoned telecommunications leader with more than 15 years of experience delivering complex wireless and fiber infrastructure programs. Since beginning his career in 2009, he has played a key role in the evolution of network technologies, leading the deployment and integration of fiber backhaul networks across New England and serving as a recognized subject matter expert in network infrastructure. As Vice President of Operations, Rob oversees InfraServices' operations across the Eastern United States, leading regional and national programs for Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Electrify America. Known for his operational expertise, strategic problem-solving, and commitment to team development, Rob drives high-performance execution while building strong customer partnerships and delivering exceptional results.

Chris Lohmann is a seasoned Vice President of Operations with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Beginning his career with Ericsson in 1999, he has since led large-scale operations, driving efficiency and growth across the wireless sector.

He currently oversees InfraServices' Northern California market, managing multimillion-dollar programs for AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.

With expertise in P&L management, operational strategy, and business development, Chris optimizes performance while fostering key industry relationships.

A United States Navy veteran, he brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to leadership, ensuring quality execution and diligence.

Aimee Wootton is a proven leader with 25+ years of experience driving operational excellence and team success. Since joining the telecom industry in 2013, she has risen through the ranks and now serves as Senior Vice President of Business Operations. In this role, she is responsible for developing innovative solutions that improve efficiency, boost performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
